How are the winners selected?

A judging panel shortlists the initial entries with information supplied on the application form. Shortlisted companies are site visited by VIBES Judges. A judging panel further shortlists from feedback provided by the site visit judges. The final judging panel consisting of three judges: David Sigsworth SEPA Chairman, Alf Young, Policy Editor of Glasgow Herald and Iain McMillan Director CBI Scotland decide upon the category winners.

Prizes will be given for:

• VIBES Management Award 2010 - three prizes for three size categories (dependent on the number of employees in the parent company)
  
•  VIBES Product Award 2010
  
•  VIBES Process Award 2010
  
•  VIBES Service Award 2010
  
•  VIBES Micro Company 2010 (from any of the above categories)
